Learning agreement for foreign students

Learning Agreement  

Your home university coordinator sends the Learning Agreement to the International Office of the Faculty of Law approx. 3-4 months before the Erasmus studies start. 


Changes to Learning Agreement
   

According to the Erasmus Charter students have the right to choose courses within 3 weeks from the beginning of the academic year, e.g. app. until the middle of October. If there are any changes  to the previous Learning Agreement, they must be registered in the Learning Agreement (pages 4-5 of the document) and delivered to the Erasmus faculty coordinator. The coordinator arranges the necessary signatures at Palacký University (tt lasts aprox. one week) and sends it to the home university coordinator.


Enrolment Forms    

At the beginning of the academic year or semester the student fills in 2 enrolment forms - one for courses at the Faculty of Law and the other one for courses taught at other faculties of Palacký University. The student gets the second form from the University coordinator during the Welcome week.

After choosing courses at he Faculty of Law, the first enrolment form should be given to the University coordinator, no teachers´ signatures are needed.

The second enrolment form with courses from other UP faculties should be given to the Faculty coordinator at the end of semestr after completing all the courses. The teachers´ signatures are required.


Accommodation Subsidy / Scholarship (Only for Erasmus Students)
    

Students can apply for accommodation subsidy. It is paid at the end of winter semester (December/January) and summer semester (May/June). All neccessary information is available at the faculty coordinator. 

Confirmation of Stay and Transcript of Records

At the end of the stay it is neccessary to fill in Confirmation of Erasmus stay and deliver it to the faculty coordinator who confirms it.
Both Transcripts of Records and Confirmation of Stay are sent directly to the student´s home university coordinator not later than one months after the student´s departure.
