Předmět European civil procedure vyučovaný v anglickém jazyce, poskytuje studentům základní poznatky o justiční spolupráci členských států Evropské unie v oblasti soukromoprávní. Seznamuje se základními akty, jež byly v rámci této kooperace doposud přijaty a jejich aplikaci procvičuje na praktických příkladech. Předmětem výuky jsou rovněž relevantní rozhodnutí soudních orgánů Evropské unie.
The subject European civil procedure, taught in English, provides the students with fundamental knowledge concerning the judicial cooperation of EU member states in civil matters. The students are acquainted with basic acts which have been hitherto in this field adopted and they are offered practical cases as well. The subject deals also with relevant ECJ Cases.

10. Maintenance claims within the European procedure
11. The influence of European civil procedure law on the Czech civil procedure law
12. Final conclusions, test
